| first of all the weather was absolutely perfect today. it's one of those where the forecast states few showers with a constant 30% chance of rain.. solid cloud cover, cool, perfect.
so i look up. THERE WAS A FREAKIN B-17.. DOING A LOW PASS! and i swear.. this thing flew directly over me!! it was massive, gleaming in it's silver and yellow trim. i might have freaked out a little bit. 
lame, you say? i suppose that if you saw me pointing at the sky and dancing ecstatically you could say so. but man, i used to fly a b-17 that was modeled after this exact plane in fs2004! this one:
